Monica Navascues

Few human resource leaders offer the diverse skill set of Monica Navascues. She is a people and culture wizard and a global talent strategist with a passion for social diversity. In addition to her CHRL designation, her MBA in International Business (Spain) and Bachelors degree in Organizational Development (Peru), Monica has over 20 years experience across multiple industries with global interests. She has a strong record of achievement in developing and leading effective change management and transformation initiatives. Monica has particular expertise in developing and executing human resource strategy in support of business growth. She has proven her ability to positively impact businesses as they transition and consults on talent and change management, leadership, organizational development strategies, as well as on mergers and acquisitions. Over the course of her career, she built a reputation for being a trusted advisor with the ability to coach and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 
Monica is passionately committed to helping others thrive in the complex work environment of today’s world, and helps new Canadians succeed in their careers. She volunteers with Tried and HRPA by mentoring individuals in search of their dream career in Canada.
